RICHARD GAETANO

Richard Gaetano joined Island Pacific in 1995 in the development organization after spending six years at JC Penney as a Merchandising Assistant. He completed his BA in International Business with a minor in Finance and Sociology from California State University Fullerton in 2001. In 2000, he started the Technical Service arm of Island Pacific Systems Inc and then took over product direction by 2003 and has been managing the operation of the business since 2004. Richard has nearly 20 years of retail systems experience including systems integration across platforms and many of the major point solutions across the industry. He currently holds the role of EVP Product Solutions and Strategy and Chief Operating Officer for Island Pacific Systems (North America).
